Buying artwork and bringing it into the home or business is an exciting process, and you want it to look perfect on your wall(s). As a collector or first-time buyer of my work, I want you to be very pleased with your original artwork purchase and I am eager to ensure all of my collectors are satisfied with their investments. Every effort has been made to accurately portray the colours and textures of the artwork. It can be an unnerving experience purchasing artwork online, especially when you are relying on photographs and computer screens for color accuracy, and I understand. That’s why I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied the artwork may be returned, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a full refund* or exchange. To make an exchange or refund you should contact me right away to let me know you are returning the piece.
*Return shipping and any associated costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Artwork must be returned in the original condition it was shipped. Please ensure that your return is very carefully packaged in the same manner as it was delivered to you. Failure to do so may result in only a partial refund or exchange credit. It is a good idea to obtain carrier insurance to cover the value of the shipment and a tracking number, as I will not be held responsible for lost items, or damage due to improper packaging.
Funds will be returned to you, or a new piece will be sent out, within 7 business days of receiving the returned artwork.
All of my shipments are logged photographically before and after packaging. If your package arrives with obvious physical damage you may refuse it and have it sent back to me. If after accepting the delivery you discover damage, please contact me via email, so I can initiate a return pick-up.
In order to comply with the carriers’ terms of insurance, I must be informed within 48 hours of receipt, via email, of any damage to goods in transit. Failure to do so may result in loss of refund or exchange privileges.
Shipping is free within the province of Alberta. If your ship-to address is outside of Alberta please contact me with your address and postal code for shipping costs. I ship most orders through Canada Post but may use UPS or another courier or freight company for larger items. Orders are normally shipped the next business day but may take up to five business days to be processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.
